A holistic approach to training surfers: training principles, fitness, nutrition, sports psychology, injuries and judging criteria

Safety and management: risk assessments, health and safety law, and emergency planning for surf schools

Assessed on: a video analysis test, a training programme plan, coaching evaluations, a pre-course risk assessment (including NOP and EAP), and a final presentation
